Even though the selection of deposit methods is not that extensive, the banking section works with the most popular European payment systems and currencies. It accepts Visa and MasterCard and also operates through Neteller and Skrill e-wallets. There are up to ten currencies available, including Euros, British pounds, New Zealand, Australian and Canadian dollars, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona, and a few more.
The minimum deposit amount required by the cashier is 10 Euros, and this sum has to be turned over at least once to avoid the 5% fee.
The time taken to withdraw wins is between three to five business days. However, based upon feedback from winners, funds are often released within one day. The non-payment risk is estimated at 17%.
Any non-VIP can make up to three withdrawals per month. Any additional payout request exceeding the monthly limit is subject to the three-Euro fee. The maximum one-day and/or monthly withdrawal amount allowed for users whose status level is between one and 30 is 100,000 Euros.
All VIPs, however, have a limitless amount of fee-free monthly withdrawals. The only thing that is regulated is the maximum withdrawal sum. The VIP status is measured in over 60 levels. For participants with levels between 31 to 59, it is no more than 200,000 Euros per month. For those at level 60, it is 300,000 Euros. If over 100,000 Euros are requested, the cashier reserves the right to pay it out during ten months, in equal parts.
Additional fees may be applied to any account if it has been inactive for over 365 days.
